Image

Now with Win32 Installer for both source and binary.

Download page or direct download links:

Binary Demo installer
SDK installer
Source Only

Only Eihort compatible.

Old Thread that keep todo and feature list, etc...

Optimize ALL button should help you update your mesh to Eihort.
(some Ogre SDK mesh needs it too...)

ps: If someone has a Cegui 0.5 marti Skin, please send it to me.

Now with OgreTootle button to make your mesh a lot more vertex shader friendly...

New version is available, same link as above:

Changelog:

- Added file association: in Explorer : double-click on a mesh and then it will launch ceguimeshviewer. Right click on a mesh and chooose the renderer to display the mesh. (Need to use the installer version to get those registered in explorer.)

- updated to ATI tootle 1.1

- added support for additionnal resources load in a "meshviewer_resources.cfg" (in media folder if you use src pakage or next to binary in binary package.)

You may need VC2005 run time libraries :

Once my internet connection (upload) problems are resolved I'll put this on Sourceforge to save your bandwidth.

Thanks for the offer.
Bandwidth is not a problem here. But I'm not against a link on the tool page. If it's onlya link (even direct), update process should be easier and faster for me this way. (As I'll try to stick to the same url)

I've put it on Sourceforge and linked on the Tools downloads page.

Best to let me know when to update anyway so that I can update the date (so people know when to bother to re-download).

I just ran the installer and chose C:\Program Files as a destination thinking that the installer would automatically create a CeguiMeshViewer folder. The application files were installed directly into the Program Files folder which was very messy so I decided use the uninstaller to clean things up before reinstalling the software into its own folder. The uninstaller then went through Program Files folder with a machete and attempted to delete everything. It got through the Adobe and Autodesk folders before it noticed what was happening and terminated it.

This is a bit of a shocker and worse that any virus that I have ever encountered - Can you please alter the uninstaller so that it doesn’t do this to another unsuspecting victim? :x
