Unusual issue when running the OgreBullet demos

Hi everyone,
I don't generally register a problem as a first post... however...

I've been through this forum to get the information and file patches/updates to successfully compile the OgreBullet project and demos... big success there, so thank you to everyone who posted the necessary information! Was a MASSIVE help!
I have a couple of issues when I run both the Debug and Release builds of the demos... firstly only demos 1, 2 and 3 will work. Attempting to use any of the others (switching with the F keys) results in a crash. This occurs on BOTH Debug and Release builds.
Secondly, the Debug build runs fine (aside from the aforementioned issue), but the Release build has unusual graphical glitches whenever I move the camera, or an object moves. This effect is like huge white flickering grids. Running Release in OpenGL doesn't show me any textures of any kind, just a white floor with completely white objects (no shading etc.)

Any ideas?
