Is this video card related problem?

I know this question is asked several times, sorry for asking it again. Because in my case it's little different.

still this generates and in the same directory which the exe is lacated.
But the generated png is bit strange(the last one) please see

The same program(release mode) works in different machines.

So is this video card related problem?
