Need help! ETM2.3.1+VS2008Sp1+OGRE1.6.4 has problem~

Hi~ I down the ETM2.3.1 to create the terrain, but when I run the ETSample "Cannot locate a resource group called ET for the resource 'brush.png' "

The ET directory is as: etm-2.3.1\Media\ET, the content of resource.cfg is as following:

I put the ETM as C:\OgreSDK\etm-2.3.1, and the resource.cfg is just under the root directory of etm-2.3.1

Is there anything wrong with the path?
