Sort Arrow and Multilist

I have noticed that using the theme black_orange the arrows that represent the sorting column on the multilist are light blue instead of orange. How can i modify that?

Another question on multilist.
I'm resizing the font with font->setDefaultHeight(view.height/45); but the rows in the multilist remain the same height ignoring the font size
