layout editor - load file bug

Hi, in layout editor it is not possible to load files from other than 'C' drive. I tried everything, but I couldn't switch c:\ to d:\

Right, I already fixed it week ago or so, but after we made 3.0 release. So either wait for next or use code from svn.
