Building from Source

Hi,

Im an absolute newcomer to Pythno-Ogre, so this may seem rewlly trivial.
I just downloaded the source and started reading the wiki for articles on building. Im greeted with terms like MSVC8, GCC4.1 etc, things Ive not heard of before. I tried googling them up but received only prelimnary information.

Could someone please provide some link or explain what these do so that I can understand the framework better?

First off we assume that you have a reasonable working knowledge of programming in Python. If this is the case then (if you are on Windows) download the binary version and use that...
