I've completed work on the new WindowsBuild article and tested the instructions on a fresh machine and it all works nicely. a build environment can be set up in under half an hour (assuming a decent broadband connection).
So, if you're interesting in building python-ogre for yourself but have never dared to try, please follow these instructions and post your experiences/errors here.
