Ragdoll in demo8 is not a "real" ragdoll?

I could not find NewtonCreateRagDoll or similiar functions in demo8. Does that mean the ragdoll in demo8 is not a real newton ragdoll? Sorry I am not familiar with ragdoll system and
could not tell the difference... What does these NewtonRagdoll stuff do?

the actual newton ragdoll is far inferior to walabers version (ogrenewt doesn't use newtons ragdoll at all)

Newton ragdolls can only have ball-socket joints... I found that limiting, so I made my own which uses hinge joints as well.

Walabers ragdoll are better, than in Newton?
