[Help @@"] Ouput osm Model with biped + bone

Hi.
I am quite new in using 3dsMax and oFusion.
I made a girl with skirt model (only 1 object, skirt is part of the model), and make biped to control the girl body and 6 sets of bone to control the skirt.
The biped and the bones is independent.( bone vs bone is also independent).
But I encounter 2 problems.

1.)
When I resetXForm to the model, the model is deformed, not even look like human.
But if I delete the bones, left only the biped.
I can resetXForm with no problem.

before resetXForm (the upper body is already deformed) :(



after resetXForm (deformed more...) :shock:



2.)
Overlook the problem describe in 1.), and put the model into my Ogre application.
Only the biped part is animated and the skirt doesn't.(the shape of the model is still strange)


If I use only biped then is works fine.
massy in max but no problem in oFusion ouput(but no skirt animation)


I use 3dsMAX9 , oFusion_CE_1.86 (the free version).

Thanks for helping.
I read the issue but I think my problem is a little different.
I have no problem if only use biped, but if I add bone the problem appeared.
The skirt part use bones doesn't animated at all.

The model deforming, I think it is because the weight for the bone also effect the weight of the biped so only the skirt part is deformed.(But in the 3DsMax works fine, I don't think there's high chance for this.
Or it is because the biped it convert but the bones are not convert to the oFusion cause the problem.
So is there any way to make bone also convert with the biped?

I also had search forum and find some suggestions such as use "select and link" to attach bone to biped.
But it doesn't works.(Yesterday I thought it worked, but actually not.)

How do I deal with this? :(

Use skin and no mirrored bone, not resetXFormed yet, bones are use "select and link" link to "bip01":
