LOD, how to use it.

I've been playing with LOD in Ofusion today and am having problems getting the mesh LOD to work.

Material LOD is no problem, setting a red texture at 50 units and a blue at 0 and moving the camera back and forth produced the required result.

With LOD I created a sphere, made it flat shaded, and in object properties typed 50 in reduction value and 50 units and then clicked add.

50 appeared on the list.

update all and moving around in the viewport produced no visible difference. Material LOD still worked and was set to the same distance value.

Some instructions regarding using LOD would be really helpful :)

I'm also interested in creating LOD states by hand, but don't see an obvious way to set LOD up for seperate meshes.

You are using Lod correctly, i will review this asap

just thought of an idea. Perhaps you could define alias' for lod setups and assign them to objects. So if they need tweaking you'd only need to do it in the single definition. Of course you would still be able to do it per object but I think this would be handy.
