Both 102 and 116 work in Debug mode now. I finally saw the light and it was Ogre's memory macros that was interfering with PhysX.
I haven't tested it with any other tutorials yet, mainly because the Debug settings are over a year old and it's a pain to copy them over.
But I can tell you there are leaks
