compilation error

I tried to compile the tut 101 from nxogre with CVS Eihort

I get a error

..\101.cpp(249) : error C2065: 'SET_TERM_HANDLER': nichtdeklarierter Bezeichner

By clicking on that error Vs studio points at this line

I use Vs Studio 2005 pro and nxogre 0.4 rc3

The macro seems to have been removed in Eihort.
You should search the Wiki or ask on the main forum
for more information about it.
